I suggest to try this a lot before trying to use higher frames, since if you fail you’ll have to wait a lot. Go select your starter and wait untill the timer end before selectiong “Yes” when it ask you if you’re sure about taking that starter. Just do what you did for the ID: hold A+B+Start+Select and release them at the same time your timer start. You can manually use the time it gives you, or use the Eon Times with the frame. You will read a list of possible shinies, along with stats, frame and time. Then choose the box shiny only, and select Generate. Where’s written ID and SID put yours, and set the Starting frame as 0, and the Seed (Hex) as 0 (if you’re on Emerald, 5A0 if on Ruby/Sapphire). When you have your ID and SID, get back to the first window of the RNG Reporter. If you can’t find it anywhere, you have to reapeat the whole thing. If it’s the one you choose, or one of the list the program gave you, it’s fine.
Once you gain control of your character, open you trainer card and look at the ID. When the timer reaches the zero (it will go “beep” six times) you should see this image: Before the time reaches the 0, you have to create a new game, choose you character’s name, and stop right before the last sentence. You should release thhose buttons and start the timer at the same time. Then you have to hold the soft rest buttons together oon your game (A+b+Start+Select), and you’ll have a white screen on your console. Lag, Pre-timer and Frame hit can be left blank, instead you have to put in the Target frame field the frame of the choosen ID. There are four section (5, 4, 3 and C), select the number 3. Thos are the ID and SID you can have to shiny hunt.Ĭhoose one and open the Eon Timer. On the menu on the top you can find “3rd Gen tools”, click it and select the first option: TID/SID Manipulation (“Pandora’s Box”).Ī new window will open, select the box that say “Dead battery”, and click “Find ID Frames”.
